The Overseas Procurement Trading Platform is an independently developed e-procurement network and business platform established by CRH based on its digital procurement trading system, and is universally adopted by all subsidiaries of the Group at all levels. It is developed and managed by China Resources Shouzheng Tendering Co., Ltd. It comprises of three sub-platforms, namely Procurement Trading, Procurement Services and Procurement Supervision, adhering to the principle of “Decentralised Development, Centralised Operation, Unified Management”.

CR Snow Supplier Reconciliation Management System (“SRM System”)

SRM System, as known as CR Snow Supplier Reconciliation Management System, covers online procurement management, from procurement requirements to reconciliation. It serves as a portal for suppliers of CR Snow, covering supplier management, price management, procurement reconciliation management, graphic display of marketing materials and other functions. It is positioned as a supply chain system with efficient response and low risks to more effectively respond to supply chain requirements and more comprehensively cover procurement scenarios. Externally, it supports more supply chain reconciliations with suppliers. Internally, it supports refined management of procurement front-end requirements. Leveraging on information technologies, it effectively connects CR Snow and suppliers to accelerate responses. It can fully utilise social resources to improve the response capability to meet the needs of enterprise, thereby enhancing overall procurement efficiency and building an efficient procurement system information platform.
