We will not offer any gifts, cash gifts, consumption cards (vouchers), negotiable securities, equity, other financial products or other properties to the employees of CRH, their relatives and other specific related persons. |

We will not lend money, houses, vehicles or other properties to the employees of CRH, their relatives and other specific related persons. |
03 |
We will not provide the employees of CRH, their relatives and other specific related persons with banquets or traveling, fitness, entertainment or other activity arrangements that may affect the impartial performance of their duties. |

We will not pay or reimburse any expenses for the employees of CRH, their relatives and other specific related persons. |
05 |
We will not hold shares on behalf of the employees of CRH, their relatives and other specific related persons. |

We will not collude in bidding or collude on quotations with the employees of CRH or with other entities and individuals, and we will not resort to unfair means such as vicious competition to compete for business. |

We will not have private discussions or reach understandings with the employees of CRH regarding trade secrets such as the base price of a bid and the response documents of other suppliers, as well as the terms in the contract. |

We will not illegally subcontract any projects. |

We will strictly implement the terms of the contract and do not resort to fraud or deception. |
10 |
If there are situations where the shareholders and employees of our unit have kinship or other specific relationships with CRH, we will truthfully report such situations to CRH. |
If any personnel of our unit are found to have violated the above-mentioned behaviours, we will promptly stop them and conduct criticism and education. If any employees of CRH are found to have engaged in acts of soliciting or accepting bribes, we will firmly refuse and report the situation to the relevant management team or the discipline inspection and supervision department of CRH.
