
I. Scope of Reports Accepted by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CR Beer
(1) Reports and accusations regarding Party organisations or members violating Party discipline, including political, organisational, integrity, mass, work, and life discipline.
(2) Reports and accusations regarding supervised objects (the six categories of public officials defined in the Supervision Law) engaging in alleged duty-related illegal or criminal activities. This includes failure to perform duties according to law, violations of provisions concerning the impartial exercise of power, integrity in governance and professional conduct, and moral integrity, such as embezzlement, bribery, abuse of power, dereliction of duty, power rent-seeking, transfer of benefits, favoritism, malpractice, and squandering of state assets.
(3) Petitions filed by Party members/supervised objects who disagree with disciplinary or administrative sanctions imposed by the Party, or other handling decisions made by the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
(4) Other violations of discipline or law that, according to regulations, should be handled by the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
II. Scope of Reports Not Accepted by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of CR Beer
(1) Matters that have already been resolved, or should legally be resolved through litigation, arbitration, administrative rulings, administrative reconsideration, or other channels.
(2) Matters pertaining to business complaints, personal employee grievances, or those which, according to relevant regulations, fall under the purview of other units or departments. These should be directed to the respective authorised units.
(3) Submissions that merely list the names of disciplinary or duty-related violations without providing substantive content or corresponding supporting evidence.
III. Real-Name Reporting is Encouraged
(1) Reports and accusations must be based on facts. Real-name reporting is encouraged and advocated. Complainants are requested to provide their real name and valid contact information to facilitate timely contact, enable a detailed and in-depth investigation of the facts, and allow for feedback regarding the handling outcome.
